We design and manufacture the machines, we provide "1st class" technical support, carried out by a technician specialising in high-temperature polymer printing who has taken part in the design of the machine and knows it inside out.

 

Our technical support service is available by email in French and English to answer all your questions.

 

For customers who have taken out annual maintenance or whose machine is under warranty, we also offer remote control of the machine for fast, efficient technical support.

 

We are committed to providing maintenance and technical support for our machines, so that you can continue printing with complete peace of mind.

 

We provide technical support for all older machines (SpiderBot , ABSolute 2) within the limits of technical possibilities for very old machines.
