Complex cases

TECSEW, located at Gosport in England, designs boat awnings, equips yacht interiors and manufactures industrial machine covers.
Customers include boat builders, industrialists and private individuals.
Each awning is custom designed and manufactured to meet customer requirements.
The company is constantly seeking perfection as far as product quality is concerned while reducing delivery times and offers an ever increasingly varied range of products and services.
That’s why their Director, John Bland, keeps himself up to date and invests in new technologies. He told us about the benefits offered by the application developed by Qualup.

...until now, we needed two people to make the measurements. It took us at least two years to train a team who were capable of making efficient and reliable measurements. Furthermore, any measurement error meant that we had to go back to the boat to make new measurements.
Finally, it was impossible to check measurement precision without returning to the boat again, which meant a lot of wasted time.

Rhinophoto means that only one person is required to take the measurements instead of two. Before leaving the site we can check that everything is correctly digitized in its finest detail. We no longer have to manually trace out the dimensions in a CAD application.
The Rhinophoto learning curve is very short for new users as it’s so simple to use.
And lastly, though it’s important for customer relations, data from Rhinophoto can be immediately transmitted by e-mail to the client.
